Founded in 1994, Fifth Generation Properties LLC was started as a family-owned boutique-like development company offering a partner to those looking for commercial real estate assistance in build-to-suit, lease/property management and full-service consultation, with a main focus being on industrial and retail properties and clients.

The companies portfolio includes 300,000+ sf of both industrial and retail space, with multiple land transactions. Clients include both international and national tenants.

 

Our teams previous experience includes nationwide experience in industrial and retail site selection and development both in the corporate office and as a broker. Also, years of related experience with general contractor work. This experience provides a full-service, well-rounded outlook on clients needs, market analysis, site selection, feasibility analysis, construction and development.
